FlexLabs The Capital cannot be booked for parties or events. Below, you will find the meeting times we adhere to: Half day – 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM or 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM Full day – 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Full day and evening – 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM The standard times can be adjusted in consultation based on your schedule. If desired, you can opt for a longer or shorter duration of space usage.

In the event that the User cancels a reservation within 90 days of the booked date, FlexLabs (Landlord) will charge 25% of the agreed-upon price (excluding specially requested already incurred costs). If the User cancels a reservation within 60 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 50%. If the User cancels within 30 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 75% of the agreed-upon price. If the User cancels within 14 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 100% of the agreed-upon price. For each reserved meeting room and/or group reservation, you can change the final number of guests free of charge up to 1 week in advance, provided it does not deviate by more than 10% from the reserved number. Changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation due to a (corona-related) government decision, the cancellation costs mentioned in point [insert point number] will be waived, and the User can reschedule the reservation free of charge within 1 calendar year.

FlexLabs The Capital is located at Jodenbreestraat 25 in Amsterdam. This venue is situated in the center of Amsterdam, and accessibility by car is excellent. Parking: In the center of Amsterdam, parking space may be limited. Visitors are recommended to use nearby public parking garages, such as the Q-park Markenhoven garage. Navigation: Set your navigation system to the specific address (Jodenbreestraat 25) and follow the directions. Pay attention to any one-way streets and traffic rules in the city center.
